Kenya's leading R&B vocalist has teased an upcoming album by sharing a series of studio session videos on her private Instagram stories, sparking wild speculation about potential collaborators and the sonic direction of her much-anticipated project.

In one video, she's seen in a recording booth laying down vocals to an ethereal, synth-heavy beat. In another, a mysterious man (whose face is never fully shown) is working the mixing console. The captions are deliberately cryptic: "New energy," "Coming soon," and "This is the one."

Music industry insiders are already placing bets on who the producer might be. Some think it could be a South African maestro known for his innovative production work. Others believe it could be an international producer who recently posted a cryptic Instagram story featuring a Kenyan flag emoji.
